TKH to divest Alphatronics as part of its focus program

TKH Group NV (“TKH”) announces the divestment of Alphatronics BV to Tenuro AB in Sweden. Alphatronics is a Dutch manufacturer and distributor of intrusion and access control solutions, video security and fire detection. The company, which is part of TKH’s Vision Technologies segment, recorded a turnover of €8.1 million in 2025, and employs a total of 21 FTE at its offices in Nijkerk, the Netherlands.

The divestment is part of TKH’s €250 million to be divested turnover in non-core activities. The total one-off net profit from the divestment is expected to amount to approximately €0.9 million.
