TKF, a subsidiary of TKH, has signed a multi-year framework agreement with Alliander, a leading Dutch Distribution System Operator, for the supply of medium- and low-voltage cables, totaling approximately €650 million with a maximum term of eight years (mid-2026–mid-2034). The new framework agreement further builds on the long standing and strong strategic relationship between Alliander and TKF and increases their joint capacity to accelerate the energy transition in the Netherlands.

The total tender, with a size of approximately €1.6 billion Alliander’s largest cable tender ever in the Dutch market, marks a significant step in the large-scale reinforcement and expansion of the Dutch electricity grid. The project involves a total of 56,000 to potentially 84,000 kilometers of cable.

Together with Alliander, TKF is committed to facilitating the rapidly growing demand for electricity and enabling new connections. With this contract, TKF demonstrates that, in addition to security of supply, important themes such as sustainability, quality, and technological innovation are also valued.
