TKH acquires Wolkabout to strengthen automation proposition

TKH announces it has acquired Wolkabout, a supplier of industrial AI and IoT software platform. Wolkabout provides a unified data model to allow AI and algorithm deployment in industrial settings, enabling scalable and secure industrialization of AI.
Wolkabout will be integrated into TKH’s AI hub in Amsterdam and will strengthen the industrial automation proposition. WolkAbout’s turnover in 2025 reached approximately €2.0m, its 33 employees operate from Novi Sad (Serbia) and from the company’s headquarters in Prague, Czech Republic.
