Starting in January 2026, TKH’s renowned 2D machine vision brands Allied Vision, Chromasens, Mikrotron, NET, and SVS-Vistek will be consolidated under the Allied Vision brand. The companies will combine their extensive technological expertise, individual strengths, and diverse industry knowledge, becoming a top-tier provider of seamlessly integrated hardware and software solutions - delivered with a customer-centric focus and the convenience of a single, unified source. TKH’s 3D Machine Vision offering will continue under the LMI brand name.

The united Allied Vision brand covers a broad spectrum of industry-specific imaging solutions, from embedded systems to advanced high-end solutions. Coupled with a global sales network, the unified brand further enhances TKH’s  one-stop-shop 2D and 3D Machine Vision offering. A unified Software Development Kit (SDK), designed to control various camera series, as well as diverse image processing software and libraries, complete the comprehensive and integrated product and systems portfolio.

"With the rapid development of image processing technologies and growing project complexity, customers increasingly demand integrated solutions. Driven by the needs of our customers, we have united our brands under the Allied Vision name to offer customers a one-stop-shop experience starting in January 2026," explains Robert Franz, CEO of Allied Vision. "Our goal is to deliver tailored, integrated solutions that meet the needs of our customers in a unique way. Our customers and partners can rely on us as a trusted partner who understands their challenges and responds with innovative solutions. The future starts now – and we look forward to shaping it together with our customers."
