In order to bring growth and profitability to an even higher level, a strategic transformation program was introduced in June of 2019, under the name ‘Simplify & Accelerate’. The program aims at simplifying the organization and making better use of economies of scale.

It aims to respond to the wishes and requirements of our stakeholders through our business processes and to identify opportunities and risks at an early stage, which are driven by economic, geopolitical, ecological, sustainable, social and technological trends.
