For the car-tire industry we produce innovative tire-building systems with which tires with specific properties can be made. Every car tire has its own properties. And makes demands on the way of producing. TKH turns the client’s question into a joint challenge. We formulate the requirements and look for the best machine configuration.

Our MTM tire-building system (Modular Tire Manufacturing) for example give a tire-manufacturer the possibility to produce twelve different types of tires, at the same time. This means the machine does not have to be stopped in between. Advantage: an ongoing production- process and shorter production series. Of course we also install the new machines. After installation of the fleet of machinery clients can count on support by specialized technicians. Anywhere in the world.

In modern companies, everything revolves around insight. Into client needs, processes and performance. TKH offer with its Manufacturer Execution System (MES) TKH offers a fully-fledged system for automating production. MES filters data from the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and translates this data into information for the production automation systems. And vice versa. In this way every employee has relevant information about for example raw materials, manpower and machine capacity at their disposal. What is more: the system is prepared for the strictest requirements with regard to tracking and tracing, so that raw materials are easy to trace.
