H.J. Hazewinkel (1949), chairman

Mr Herman Hazewinkel was first named member of the Supervisory Board of the TKH Group in 2005. In 2006 he was name chairman of the Supervisory Board. His term will end in 2013. Mr Hazewinkel was former chairman of the Executive Board of VolkerWessels. He is member of the Supervisory Board of VolkerWessels, Reggefibre B.V. Reggeborgh Groep and Zeeman Groep B.V.. Mr Hazewinkel is als a member of the Executive Committee, Stichting ING Aandelen and member of the Executive Committee of Stichting Administratiekantoor 'Slagheek'. Mr Hazewinkel does not own any shares in TKH.

A. van der Velden (1940), vice chairman

Mr A. van der Velden was first named member of the Supervisory Board of the TKH Group in 2001. In 2009 he was appointed as vice chairman of the Supervisory Board of TKH. His term will end in 2013. Mr Van der Velden has held such positions as that of Executive Director of Corus Group plc. At the moment he is a member of the Supervisory Board of the Foundation on Energy Research Centrum Nederland, member of the Supervisory Board of Stork N.V., chairman of the Supervisory Board of Vitens N.V. and of Nedap N.V. Mr Van der Velden is deputy chairman of the Commission for Reporting on Environmental Effects and member of the Commission for Reporting on Environmental Effects and member of the Commission on Development Cooperation/Advisory Board on International Topics and member of Taks Force Energy Transition. Mr Van der Velden does not own any shares in TKH.

P.P.F.C. Houben (1950), member

Mr Philip Houben was first named member of the Supervisory Board of the TKH Group in 2009. His term wil end in 2013. Mr Houben is chairman of the Executive Board and CEO of Wavin N.V. Mr Houben does not own any shares in TKH.

M.E. van Lier Lels (1959), member

Mrs M.E. van Lier Lels was first named member of the Supervisory Board of the TKH Group in 2006. Her term will end in 2014. Mrs Van Lier Lels is professional supervisor / independent director. Mrs Van Lier Lels is a member of the Supervisory Boards of Royal KPN N.V., USG People N.V., Getronics N.V., Connexxion N.V. and of Maersk B.V. She is chairwoman of Supervisory Board Slevenbrugs Holdings B.V., member of the Audit Committee Netherlands Court of Auditors, member of the Council for Transport and Water Management, member of the Advisory Council for Science and Techology, member of Committee Netherlands Bureau for Economic Policy Analysis and chairwoman Supervisory Board Foundation Nature and Environment.. Mrs Van Lier Lels does not own any shares in TKH.

P. Morley (1956), member

Mr P. Morley MSc. was first named member of the Supervisory Board of the TKH Group in 2002. His term will run until 2014. Mr Morley has held such positions as that of member of the Executive Board of KPN and Chief Executive Officer of Kluwer B.V. Currently he is member of the Executive Board Telegraaf Media Group N.V. Mr Morley is member of the Supervisory Board of the Centre Telematics and Information Technology of the University of Twente, member of Supervisory Board Trans Link Systems B.V. and member Advisory Council Science and Technology Policy Economic Affairs. Mr Morley does not own any shares in TKH.

No former directors of the corporation are members of the Supervisory Board.
